	Our Farm History The Vidalia onions are already starting to crack the ground. March 7, 2006 Allen our youngest son, (3 years old),with me in the Vidalia onion field on February 8, 2006. The onions are growing nicely. Here is a picture of me in one of my Vidalia Onion Fields in the evening of January 17th, 2006. My Vidalia's are all sold out for this year. I've started the seedbeds for next season. The onions are sprouting nicely and if the Lord is willing we will have a wonderful crop again at the end of April 2006.
